(WASHINGTON, D.C., 1/5/2018) -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today called on qualified applicants to submit resumes for a number of new positions at the nation’s largest American Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.
“Due to the increasing number of cases of discrimination, attacks and policies targeting American Muslims, and the community’s support of our work, we are increasing staffing at our offices in the nation’s capital by more than 50 percent,” said CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad. “We urge qualified individuals with a passion for civil rights to join CAIR at this crucial time in our nation’s history.”
