CAIR Reps Attend Interfaith Service for Kansas Shooting Victims

CAIR-KS-Brownback(WASHINGTON, D.C., 4/17/12) -- Two representatives of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today attended an interfaith service for the three people killed on Sunday at Jewish community sites in Kansas. The CAIR officials also participated in a candle-lighting ceremony by representatives of different faiths and community organizations.

Following the deadly shootings, CAIR issued a statement of solidarity with the Jewish community.
