#CAIRSnapshots Video: In 2014, CAIR Convinces Virginia Agency to Withdraw Accreditation for Islamophobe John Guandolo, ABC Family Channel to Drop ‘Alice in Arabia’

(WASHINGTON, D.C., 10/28/19) – The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today released the latest “CAIR Snapshots” video highlighting a quarter century of “defending, educating and empowering the American Muslim community.”

[NOTE: Use #CAIRSnapshots on Twitter to view all the short videos highlighting CAIR’s important work over the past quarter century.]

Today’s snapshot features how in 2014, CAIR convinced Virginia’s Rappahannock Regional Criminal Justice Academy to rescind its approval of in-service training credits for state law enforcement scheduled to attend a training by notorious Islamophobe John Guandolo in Culpeper, Va. That same year, CAIR welcomed a decision by ABC Family channel to cancel plans to produce a pilot for a new series called "Alice in Arabia."
