BREAKING NEWS: Muslim Inmates in Alaska will Offer Their First-Ever Jummah Prayers Due to the Efforts of CAIR’s Legal Team

As-salaamu alaykum (peace be to you) and Ramadan Mubarak (blessed Ramadan).

Alhamdulillah (praise be to God), Muslim inmates in Alaska will today be allowed to offer their first-ever jummah (congregational) prayers statewide due to the efforts of CAIR’s legal team.

This victory for religious rights would not be possible without your support and the dedication of CAIR attorneys.

Inshallah, everyone who helped make this victory possible - including all those who have donated to support CAIR’s legal work - will receive blessings from these prayers for generations to come.

This Ramadan, I am asking all CAIR supporters to give a tax-deductible and zakat-eligible donation (Tax ID: 77-0646756) so we may continue the legal struggle to defend the rights of all those who face discrimination.

We have a $2.3 million fundraising goal this Ramadan. Will you help us reach it?

May God bless you and your family.

P.S. - Although you may receive many solicitations during the month, I would ask that you make it a priority to support CAIR’s unique and irreplaceable work on behalf of all Americans. Thank you for supporting us as we strive to protect our communities. IMPORTANT NOTE: Make your gift help even more by asking your employer to match your donation.
