Interfaith service set for Tuesday

The Fayette Interfaith Community Network will have its third annual
interfaith service at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Episcopal Church of the Nativity.

The theme of this year’s service, “What We Share,” will focus on the
similarities among the world’s three major monotheistic religions. Local
Jewish, Christian and Muslim congregations have teamed to plan the service.

“It’s amazing what we learn from each other and about each culture and
religion every time we hold the services,” said the Rev. Bob Hudak, rector
of Episcopal Church of the Nativity. “It’s a great experience.”

The Interfaith Network includes members’ representatives of Congregation
B’Nai Israel, Fayetteville First United Methodist Church, Christ Our
Shepherd Lutheran Church and the Muslim Community Center.
