(MINNEAPOLIS, MN, 12/28/19) – The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Minnesota) and leaders of Minnesota’s Somali community today condemned the deadly Mogadishu bombing that killed at least 79 people and left more than 140 injured.

"Minnesota’s Muslim and Somali-American community is in mourning after this heinous and cowardly attack on innocent civilians, including children,” said CAIR-MN Executive Director Jaylani Hussein. “We offer our condolences and prayers for the victims and for their loved ones impacted by this attack.”
