CAIR-Minnesota to Offer Update on 2018 Minneapolis Park Police Incident at Minnehaha Falls

(MINNEAPOLIS, MN, 5/23/2019) – On Friday May 24, the Minnesota chapter of Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MN) will a hold a press conference to offer an update on the incident at Minnehaha Falls in which four young Somali-American boys were handcuffed and held at gunpoint by Minneapolis Park Police.

The teenagers said Monday they feared for their lives when Park Police pointed a weapon at them and detained them at Minnehaha Regional Park last week.
