(BALTIMORE, MD, 10/6/2020) – On Saturday, October 10, the Maryland office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) will participate in a webinar with the “Everyone Votes” coalition intended to share important information about the upcoming election and help turn out Maryland voters.

The Everyone Votes coalition consists of many advocacy and grassroots organizations including CAIR dedicated to maximizing voter turnout for the 2020 election. CAIR’s objective in joining this coalition is to enhance voter understanding, educate about voter registration, and mobilize Maryland communities to participate in the November election. This webinar will specifically focus on conveying important information for voters related to voting during the coronavirus pandemic.
Examples of questions that will be answered include how to safely vote during this pandemic, and information regarding voter protection inquiries. CAIR is urging Maryland Muslims to tune in and participate in the webinar so they can be informed voters.
