CAIR: Colorado Muslim Civil Rights Group to Host First Annual Banquet and Fundraiser

(DENVER, CO, 9/13/18) – On Sunday, September 16, the Colorado chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) will host its first annual banquet and fundraiser at the Falls Event Center in Littleton, Colo.

Washington-based CAIR is America’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, with chapters in Colorado and nationwide.

The banquet, themed “Faith Led, Justice Driven,” will feature CAIR’s National Executive Director Nihad Awad, CAIR-Florida Executive Director Hassan Shibly, poet and artist Janna Farooque and former Broncos Offensive Tackle and 2015 Super Bowl champion Ryan Harris.
