CAIR-MI to Announce Filing of EEOC Discrimination Charges on Behalf of Muslim Employees of LG Electronics

(FARMINGTON HILLS, MI, 4/22/19) – On Tuesday, April 23, the Michigan chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MI), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, will hold a news conference to announce the filing of Employment Discrimination Complaints with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on behalf of several Muslim employees of LG Electronics USA.

Some of the employees will be present at the news conference.

CAIR-MI has reported a significant increase in employment discrimination complaints in the first quarter of 2019
