Plaintiffs will be present at the news conference.

WHERE:Â CAIR Michigan, 30201 Orchard Lake Road, Suite 260, Farmington Hills, MI
WHEN:Â Tuesday, April 5, 11 a.m.
“The terrorism watch lists are premised on the false notion that the government can somehow accurately predict whether an innocent American citizen will commit a crime in the future based on religious affiliation or First Amendment activities,†said CAIR-MI Legal Director Lena F. Masri, Esq. “Our lawsuits challenge the wrongful designation of thousands of American Muslims as known or suspected terrorists without due process.â€
CAIR is America’s largest Muslim civil liberties and advocacy organization. Its mission is to enhance the understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue, protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding.
