CAIR National Leadership and Policy Conference Highlight – How to Run for Public Office

CAIR’s Oct. 19-20 National Leadership and Policy Conference at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Va., includes a session about how to run for public office.

  • Synopsis: Hear from elected Muslim officials about how they successfully built grassroots campaigns that reached beyond the Muslim community and propelled them into the public sphere.

CAIR’s conference, themed “We the People, Organizing for Justice: Vision 2020,” will begin on Oct. 19 and concludes with our 24th annual banquet, with the theme “Faith Led, Justice Driven,” on the evening of Saturday, Oct. 20.

NOTE: Due to the generosity of a donor, CAIR is offering local Muslim Student Associations (MSA) nationwide five FREE tickets each for the National Leadership and Policy Conference.

There is a limit of 50 free MSA tickets, (ONLY 4 FREE MSA TICKETS REMAIN) which are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Attendees from outside the Washington, D.C., area would have to provide their own transportation and accommodation. (Oct. 20 annual banquet not included in free tickets).
