(NEW YORK, NY, 11/1/17) – Later today, the New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NY) will join diverse community and faith leaders at a vigil for peace in response to the attack that killed eight and injured at least eleven bikers and pedestrians in lower Manhattan yesterday. This event will take place at Foley Square tonight at 6pm.

The vigil will unite a large coalition of interfaith partners and community organizers and will exemplify the solidarity of New Yorkers in rejecting senseless violence and hatred.
