(WASHINGTON, D.C., 1/29/08) – The board and staff of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today extended condolences to the family of Hesham Hussein, president of the Muslim American Society of Minnesota, who was killed Saturday in a car accident in Saudi Arabia.

“From God we come and to Him we return,” said CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad. “We offer our sincere condolences to Brother Hesham’s family and to the Muslim American Society (MAS). We pray that God grants them patience and eases their burden in this time of grief.”
