CAIR-Ohio to Call on Kettering Prosecutor to Bring Hate Crime Charge for Attack on Muslim Woman

(CINCINNATI, OH, 4/11/2019) – On Friday, April 12, the Ohio chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Ohio) will hold a news conference to call on Kettering, Ohio prosecutor Nolan Thomas to bring hate crime charges against a man who allegedly physically attacked a Muslim woman in a Meijer grocery store and yelled racial and ethnic slurs at her.

At the news conference, CAIR-Ohio will discuss the details of this incident and call on the city prosecutor to bring the proper charges against the defendant.
