(PITTSBURGH, PA,2/7/19) – The Pittsburgh chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Pittsburgh) today joined the NAACP Allegheny East Branch in calling for the resignation of a school board member who shared an anti-Muslim Facebook post.
Plum Borough School District Member Brian Wisniewski shared the post to his personal account that read: “Does it worry anybody that we have three devout Muslims in Congress who have unlimited access to our TOP SECRET GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS?” Wisniewski claims he shared the post by mistake.
