(PORTLAND, OREGON, 11/13/2019) – On Thursday, Nov. 14, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, will be presenting arguments in the watchlist case Fikre v. FBI in an Oregon federal court.
CAIR will be opposing the government’s motion to dismiss the case, which seeks to re-litigate Fikre’s victory last year before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
