(WASHINGTON D.C., 8/29/2022) – The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today welcomed community opposition to rallies by racist groups in New Hampshire.
Community leaders and members held a rally against hate in Nashua, N.H., after racist groups, possibly including a neo-Nazi organization, appeared sporadically in that city and elsewhere in the state.

“We welcome the widespread community opposition to the appearance of white supremacist groups in New Hampshire and hope bigots will get the message they are not welcome in the state or nationwide,” said CAIR National Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper.
He said CAIR and the American Muslim community stand in solidarity with all those challenging antisemitism, systemic anti-Black racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, white supremacy, and all other forms of bigotry.
