On Thursday, Feb. 6, at 8 p.m. ET, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Islamic Schools League of America (ISLA) plan to host a virtual community briefing for private school teachers, principals, staff and board members titled “What You Should Know About ICE Raids and Your Rights.”
Join CAIR and ISLA for a critical briefing on what private schools, including Islamic private schools, need to know about their rights if ICE or other federal law enforcement approach their educational institution. During the briefing, attorney and policy experts plan to share guidance about how to protect the legal rights of students, staff and schools from any government abuses.
