COMMUNITY ADVISORY TONIGHT: CAIR’s ‘Daily Dose’ COVID-19 Conversation to Discuss ‘Hurting, but Helping: Charity and Service During a Pandemic’

(WASHINGTON, DC., 4/8/20) – This evening, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, will host another live 30-minute “Daily Dose: COVID Conversations with CAIR” at 8 p.m. (ET) on Facebook.

Tonight’s program is themed “Hurting, but Helping: Charity and Service During a Pandemic” with guests:

  • Penny Appeal USA President and CEO Oussama Mezoui
  • CAIR-Georgia Communications DirectorSawsan Selim as guest co-host

Tonight’s program will be a conversation about the importance of acts of service, especially during a pandemic.
