“Islamophobia and Anti-Americanism: Causes and Remedies” grew out of a conference hosted by CAIR in 2005. Presentations offered at that conference formed the basis for the book.
“The research and analysis outlined in this important book illustrate how Islamophobia and anti-Americanism are interrelated and counterproductive phenomena,” said CAIR Research Director Mohamed Nimer, the book’s editor and the person who will be conducting the reading. “As Islamophobia intensifies and spreads, so does anti-Americanism.”
A question and answer session will follow the reading.
