(Washington, D.C., 9/20/23) — The Council on American-Islamic Relations is excited to endorse Americans for Justice in Palestine Action’s (AJP Action) upcoming Palestine Advocacy Days 2023 (PAD 2023), a crucial event aimed at making a real impact for Palestinians. Palestine Advocacy Day 2023 will take place from Monday, October 23rd to Tuesday, October 24th, 2023, in Washington, DC.

WHAT IS PALESTINE ADVOCACY DAY? Since 2015, American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) has organized an annual Palestine Advocacy Day and Training weekend to educate students, community activists, and organizers – young and old – on civic engagement and policy work exclusively on the issue of Palestine.
PAD 2023 promises to be a pivotal moment where we gather to discuss, strategize, and take concrete actions toward building a better future for Palestinians. This year’s advocacy day will focus on the most pressing issues impacting Palestinians, including settlement expansion, the treatment of Palestinian children, and the Visa Waiver Program. We have assembled an incredible lineup of speakers who will share their insights, sparking meaningful conversations and inspiring positive change.
As of 2021, Palestine Advocacy Day was handed off to Americans for Justice in Palestine Action (AJP Action), AMP’s 501(c)(4) affiliate organization. Last year, Palestine advocates helped us break a record of 803 participants from across the nation.

What Your Ticket Covers: The registration fee is $95 and includes one night at the hotel, two meals, advocacy training, and a bus ride from the hotel to Capitol Hill.
