Today: CAIR’s ‘Daily Dose’ COVID-19 Conversation to Discuss ‘Spiritual Resilience in Difficult Times’

(WASHINGTON, DC., 5/8/20) – Today, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, will host another live 30-minute “Daily Dose: COVID Conversations with CAIR” at 3 p.m. (ET) on Facebook and YouTube.

Today’s program is themed “Spiritual Resilience in Difficult Times” with guest:

  • Imam Mohamed Magid Executive Imam of ADAMS Center
  • Executive Director of CAIR-Pittsburgh Christine Mohamed as guest co-host

This program will discuss how to manage stress and anxiety through spirituality.

Daily Dose episodes will be live at 3 p.m. (ET) to accommodate Ramadan. 

Future daily programs will feature spiritual leaders, health care professionals, counselors, experts, community advocates, and CAIR leaders from around the country.

CAIR recently launched an online information portal offering vital information on the growing COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on American Muslims and the entire society.
