What Is The Federal Government's Unconstitutional WatchList?

The 'Watchlist' is an unconstitutional list that the federal government created in 2003 to monitor what it calls ‘suspected terrorists.’ The list affects Americans of all ages, including children and several babies just a few months old.  


What Can I Do? 

  1. If you or someone you know is being held at airports or immigration checkpoints, have them contact CAIR at 202-742-6420 or file a report online at  We want to hear from them.
