(WASHINGTON D.C., 8/23/2022) – The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today condemned the distribution of antisemitic flyers to homes in Omaha, Neb.
Residents in a West Omaha neighborhood near a synagogue received bags of rice with antisemitic flyers inside.

“We condemn both the distribution of these antisemitic materials and the hatred they seek to inspire,” said CAIR National Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper. “Law enforcement authorities should identify and investigate those who are behind such hateful actions.”
He said CAIR and the American Muslim community stand in solidarity with all those challenging antisemitism, systemic anti-Black racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, white supremacy, and all other forms of bigotry.
