(WASHINGTON, D.C., 3/10/2023) – The Connecticut chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-CT) today condemned the distribution of white supremacist propaganda stickers in Westport, Conn.
Westport Police are investigating after the stickers, which promoted a neo-Nazi group, were found on town and state property this week.

“We condemn the spreading of this hate propaganda and stand in solidarity with the community in Westport,” said CAIR-CT Board Chair Farhan Memon. “Communities in our state and nationwide will not be intimidated by the falsehoods of white supremacists.”
He said CAIR and the American Muslim community stand in solidarity with all those challenging antisemitism, systemic anti-Black racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, white supremacy, and all other forms of bigotry.
