The Maryland office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MD) today joined members of the public in condemning the distribution of racist flyers in a Baltimore neighborhood on Tuesday.
The flyers were found in Federal Hill at Cross Street Market and had “KKK” written on them. The flyers were quickly thrown away, but many who live in the area still reported to be upset by the incident. According to Baltimore Policy, a report has not been filed at this time.
“We condemn the distribution of this hateful propaganda and stand in solidarity with all residents of Federal Hill,” said CAIR’s Maryland Director Zainab Chaudry. “Vile organizations like the KKK must be repudiated by all Americans.”
