The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today announced the release of its 2025 Annual Report. This report highlights the progress CAIR achieved during a year that tested the rule of law across America.
CAIR also thanked the American public for the increased support it provided to the organization in 2025, breaking CAIR’s annual fundraising growth record for the fifth year in a row and allowing the organization to expand its legal, policy and media work.

From winning a historic $100,000 settlement for anti-genocide college students targeted by their university to overturning a discriminatory federal decision that barred orphaned Muslim children from uniting with their foster parents in America to defeating dangerous pieces of legislation like the Nonprofit Killer Bill to successfully hosting its first National Policy Conference in the heart of Washington, DC, the report documents victories big and small.
A message from CAIR’s Board to the organization’s supporters nationwide stated in part:
“As we close out 2025, we find ourselves reflecting on a year that tested our resolve like never before. The attacks on our community intensified. Anti-Muslim rhetoric reached new heights. Attempts to silence Palestinian voices and criminalize anti-genocide advocacy escalated across the country. But here’s what our opponents didn’t count on: you. Your unwavering support, your courage to speak out, and your commitment to justice made 2025 a year of unprecedented victories.”
