The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today announced that its National Legal Director and General Counsel Lena Masri is set to teach a class on employment law for the DC Bar Association. The class is scheduled for October 27, 2026 from 6:00 PM – 9:15 PM at the DC Bar.
Ms. Masri will be a co-teacher along with several other attorneys for the course, which will deliver balanced, practical insight into the legal issues employers, employees, and their counsel are confronting today. The class examines the Supreme Court’s decision in Ames v. Ohio and its impact on employment law today.
