A man accused of going on a racist tirade and ripping a Palestinian flag off a man’s truck was charged with destruction of property in Stoughton District Court Wednesday, May 8, the Massachusetts chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MA) announced in a press release.
The incident occurred in a Canton parking lot on Aug. 8, 2024. The perpetrator, Nicholas Lance, reportedly launched into a tirade of anti-Palestinian slurs and obscenities against the victim, calling him a “(expletive) terrorist” and a “(expletive) piece of garbage,” CAIR-MA said.
