CAIR-Ohio: Ohio Sen. Beth Liston of Dublin cancels Israel trip, says she won’t be used for propaganda – Columbus Dispatch

On Sept. 18, Faten Odeh, executive director of the Cleveland office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations―Ohio, said in a statement that CAIR-Ohio welcomes Liston’s decision to cancel her trip.

“This ground-breaking news is a testament to what grassroot efforts can achieve,” Odeh said. “CAIR-Ohio is an awe of the countless hours and efforts of the organizers who made this happen and thanks Senator Liston for being a civil servant of the people and restoring our hope in our lawmakers.”
