As a non-profit organization, CAIR-FL is dedicated to safeguarding the civil liberties of Muslim Americans in Florida through legal advocacy, education, media relations, civic engagement, and grassroots mobilization.
Position Summary:
Join the esteemed team at CAIR-Florida as a Digital Engagement & CRM Manager. In this key role, you will lead and optimize our digital engagement infrastructure—overseeing CRM systems, website performance, and donor data operations—to drive strategic outreach, strengthen donor relationships, and support fundraising growth. You will manage data segmentation, automate workflows, execute targeted campaigns, and ensure seamless integration across platforms, while collaborating across departments to deliver cohesive, data-driven engagement strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
CRM Data Management & Data Integrity:
- Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all CRM data to ensure it can be confidently used for outreach, fundraising, and reporting
- Regularly audit the database to identify and resolve duplicate records, incomplete profiles, and outdated or incorrect information
- Establish and enforce data entry standards, naming conventions, and tagging structures across all departments to ensure consistency
- Ensure all donor records, including giving history, contact information, and engagement activity, are complete and up to date
- Monitor and maintain proper segmentation and tagging to support targeted communications and campaign effectiveness
- Identify gaps in data collection and implement processes to improve completeness and quality over time
- Support accurate and timely reporting by maintaining clean, structured, and audit-ready data
- Train and support staff on proper CRM usage and data entry practices to uphold organization-wide data integrity standards Success in this area will be measured by database accuracy, reduction in duplicate or incomplete records, and the reliability of CRM-driven reporting and campaigns.
Website Management & Optimization:
- Oversee all website operations to ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities
- Update and manage website content during campaign seasons, including fundraising pages, action alerts, and time-sensitive initiatives
- Post and maintain organizational updates such as job openings, press releases, events, and program information
- Ensure strong user experience across devices, including mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and ease of navigation
- Manage and maintain integrations with CRM and financial platforms, including donation forms, payment processing, and data syncing
- Monitor website performance and functionality, promptly addressing technical issues and coordinating with developers as needed
- Continuously improve website effectiveness as a tool for engagement, fundraising, and public communication
Success in this area will be measured by website accuracy, alignment with active campaigns, prompt removal or updating of outdated campaign content, and seamless functionality of donation and CRM integrations.
Donor Relations & Data Management:
- Manage donor-related follow-up and support, including responding to donor inquiries
- Ensure timely distribution of year-end tax receipts and donation acknowledgments
- Coordinate post-event donation follow-up, including pledge tracking and collection after fundraising events such as galas
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records to support relationship management and reporting
Fundraising & Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with Development, Communications, and Programs teams to plan and execute digital campaigns, including content coordination, scheduling, and cross-departmental alignment
- Support fundraising initiatives through strategic use of CRM data and digital tools to enhance donor engagement and conversion
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze CRM and campaign data to inform strategy, including year-over-year comparisons, trend analysis, and performance tracking
- Develop projections and insights to guide fundraising and engagement efforts
- Produce post-campaign and post-event reports evaluating outcomes, donor behavior, and areas for improvement
- Use data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies, improve efficiency, and increase overall impact
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing CRM systems, preferably in a nonprofit or fundraising environment
- Strong working knowledge of EveryAction, including database management, segmentation, reporting, and automation workflows
- Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, action alerts, and donor communications
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize websites, including content updates, user experience, and platform integrations
- Experience handling donor relations operations, including responding to donor inquiries, processing donation adjustments, and managing acknowledgments and tax receipts
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret trends, compare historical performance, and generate actionable insights and reports
- Experience supporting fundraising campaigns, including post-event follow-up, pledge tracking, and reporting
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
