(WASHINGTON, D.C., 4/12/2023) – The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today condemned the distribution of antisemitic flyers in neighborhoods in Nashville, Tenn.
Hate flyers inside plastic baggies were thrown into a number of yards.

“We condemn this attempt to spread antisemitic hate and urge community leaders to speak out against this and all other forms of bigotry,” said CAIR National Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper.
He added that Washington, D.C., based CAIR has condemned a number of similar incidents nationwide.
Hooper said CAIR and the American Muslim community stand in solidarity with all those challenging antisemitism, systemic anti-Black racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, white supremacy, and all other forms of bigotry.
CAIR’s mission is to protect civil rights, enhance understanding of Islam, promote justice, and empower American Muslims.
