CAIR-GA: Georgia Muslim Civic Organizations to Host Muslim Advocacy Day at Capitol

On Thursday, March 7, the Georgia chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Georgia), Georgia Muslim Voter Project (GAMVP) and Inner-City Muslim Action Network-Atlanta (IMAN Atlanta) plan to host Muslim Advocacy Day at the capitol.

This event is designed to bring together Muslim community leaders and advocates to address key issues impacting Muslims in Georgia. Attendees will participate in a lobbying workshop and discuss topics like voting rights, immigration and social justice. After the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to speak with their elected officials.
