CAIR-MI to Join Imams Council Appeal to Jewish Leaders to Break Silence on Gaza Humanitarian Crisis

On Wednesday, July 30, the Michigan chapter of Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MI), a local chapter of the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, will join the Imams Council of Michigan at a press conference to appeal to Michigan Jewish leaders to break their silence about the ongoing humanitarian crisis and genocide in Gaza.

The Imams Council of Michigan has written an open letter that will be mailed to Jewish organizations based in the state urging them to use their voices to influence policymakers and politicians to completely end the starvation and ethnic cleansing campaign of the Israeli government against the people of Gaza.
