On Friday, March 15, the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Minnesota) plans to join a peaceful demonstration with Palestinian families, Muslim leaders and their allies to urgently call for a Gaza ceasefire at Congresswoman Angie Craig’s congressional office.
This protest will take place in front of the office of Rep. Craig, who, despite efforts to set up several meetings, refuses to meet with Palestinian families who lost their loved ones in the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict or with Muslim leaders in her district.
The protests will be peaceful, family-friendly demonstrations calling for a Gaza ceasefire and promoting human rights for all people.
