CAIR-SFBA to Join Interfaith Walk Across Golden Gate Bridge Calls for a Ceasefire in Palestine

Faith leaders say: All life is sacred – stop the genocide. 

(SAN FRANCISCO, CA, 12/6/23) – On Wednesday, Dec. 6, the San Franscico Bay Area office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations will join hundreds of faith leaders, Bay Area residents, and concerned people of faith will gather for a symbolic walk across the Golden Gate Bridge to demand that our local, state and federal leaders join the call for an immediate and permanent Ceasefire. 

Following a press conference at 8:00am at the Battery East Vista Parking Lot, hundreds of people of diverse faiths, spiritualities, and identities will walk from both sides of the bridge to unite in the middle and share a message of peace, humanity, and faith-based action.  

When: Wednesday, December 6, 8:00am 

Where: Golden Gate Bridge, Battery East Vista Parking Lot  

What: Interfaith walk for peace featuring hundreds of Bay Area residents and press conference highlighting faith leaders
