The Maryland office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today thanked the full house of community members who attended its annual iftar in Maryland on Monday.
The Ramadan fast breaking event featured remarks from CAIR’s Maryland and National leaders, and included updates about the organization’s work and 2025 civil rights report.
“We thank all the community members who came out to recommit themselves to the struggle to protect civil rights for Maryland Muslims and to advance justice for all,” said CAIR’ Maryland Director Zainab Chaudry.
