On Wednesday, Nov. 19, the California chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-CA) will host a webinar with British Muslim journalist and political commentator Sami Hamdi, who has recently been released and is back home in London after being unjustly detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for more than two weeks for criticizing Israel’s genocide in Gaza.
During the webinar, attendees will have the chance to hear directly from him and his legal team about his experience being unjustly imprisoned by the U.S. government.
