Last year, hundreds of American Muslims attended the virtual event.
This year, the MDAC legislative agenda is focusing on three bills: AB 412 (Reyes) – California Commission on Human Rights, AB 1368 (Calderon) – Enhanced Services & Programs for Asylees, and AB 48 (Gonzalez) – Kinetic Energy Projectiles.
CAIR-CA is a chapter of CAIR, America’s largest Muslim civil liberties and advocacy organization. Its mission is to enhance understanding of Islam, protect civil rights, promote justice and empower American Muslims.
