CAIR’s 2018 Maryland GOTV campaign strategy consist of four elements:
- Organizing voter registration drives at mosques across the state
- Compiling the first statewide voter guide of its kind produced by a Muslim organization for distribution in Fall 2018
- Coordinating phone banking
- Offering free workshops on civic and political engagement
