(WASHINGTON, D.C, 6/5/2016) – On Monday, June 6, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and Maryland Muslim leaders will hold a news conference at Baltimore’s Masjid Ihsan to highlight and honor the legacy of Muhammad Ali.
The news conference will be preceded by a funeral prayer called “salat al-ghaib,†which is performed for Muslims who have died in distant places.
