“All Americans must take a firm stand against the troubling growth of racism, white supremacy, anti-Semitism, and other forms of bigotry nationwide,” said CAIR-Colorado Acting Board Chair Krista Cole. “We urge religious and political leaders across our state to speak out against growing hatred and societal division.”
She added that the American Muslim community and CAIR stand in solidarity with all those challenging anti-Black racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, white supremacy, and all other forms of bigotry.
CAIR’s mission is to protect civil rights, enhance understanding of Islam, promote justice, and empower American Muslims.
