Later today, the Ohio chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Ohio) will join the Muslim Students Association at the Ohio State University and several local mosques to host a peaceful event to reclaim their sacred space and stand in solidarity against hate and violence after recent attacks targeting students and community members while peacefully praying on the campus oval.
This event will feature a Khutbah led by Dr. Yasir Qadhi, American Muslim scholar, theologian, and dean of The Islamic Seminary of America.
