The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today condemned the shipment of weapons to Israel by the United States and United Kingdom through an air bridge in which over 6,000 planes were used in a year.
An Al Jazeera investigation by its Sanad monitoring and verification agency has revealed that the US and UK have provided military support to Israel by creating an air bridge. Over 6,000 planes were used in that air bridge in a year.

In a statement, CAIR Deputy Executive Director Edward Ahmed Mitchell said:
“The extent to which the Biden administration has bent over backwards to enable the Israeli government’s genocide is shocking. Sending 6,000 planes full of weapons over a year while knowing that Netanyahu would use them to slaughter civilians represents a blatant violation of both U.S. law and international law. Millions of American taxpayer dollars have funded an air bridge of bombs to slaughter civilians in Gaza, and it must stop. Now.”
He noted that yesterday, CAIR urged all Americans to call on their members of Congress to sign a petition demanding protection for reporters in Gaza threatened by Israel.
