MEDIA ADVISORY: CAIR-SFBA, Co-Hosts to Hold Santa Clara Candidate Forum

On Friday, Oct. 9, the San Francisco Bay Area office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-SFBA), CAIR Action, American Muslim Public Affairs Committee, Bay Area Muslim Council, and Muslim Community Association will host a community candidate forum featuring candidates for Santa Clara mayor, city council, and the Santa Clara Unified School District Board of Education in the November General Election.

The forum will feature a moderated discussion, community-submitted questions, and an opportunity for attendees to meet the candidates.

  • Santa Clara City Council, District 3: Eric Crutchlow, Kyle Madej
  • Santa Clara Unified School District Board of Education, Trustee Area 1: Kamal Yassin
