Tonight, three Bay Area cities will recognize the contributions of American Muslims to their communities by officially proclaiming April as American Muslim Appreciation and Awareness Month.
The cities of Berkeley, Dublin, and Milpitas will honor local Muslim community members with these proclamations at their respective city council meetings this evening. The presentations will take place at the beginning of each meeting.
