CAIR-GA: GA Civil Rights Organizations, Kuck Baxter Immigration to Address International Students’ Visa Revocations 

On Thursday, April 17, Georgia Civil Rights organizations, including CAIR-Georgia, Asian Americans Advancing Justice-Atlanta, American Civil Liberties Union-Georgia – and Kuck Baxter Immigration, a private immigration law firm, plan to hold a press conference to address the visa revocations of international students by the U.S. Department of State, the students’ illegal status terminations by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Kuck Baxter’s court case against these status terminations.

The press conference will follow the Temporary Restraining Order hearing taking place at 9:30am in Judge Calvert’s courtroom. Media are invited to attend. Please be mindful of court etiquette and ensure you are complying with all court rules.
