CAIR Again Condemns Distribution of White Supremacist Propaganda in Montana

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today again condemned the distribution of White supremacist propaganda in Evergreen, Montana.

Bags containing pamphlets with racist messages were distributed to homes in Evergreen on Saturday night. The pamphlets also reportedly promoted a White supremacist organization.

“There is no place in our society for the normalization or promotion of white supremacist hate or of any other form of bigotry,” said CAIR National Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper. “We call on local, state and national leaders to speak out against these acts and to support efforts that promote inclusion, mutual understanding and unity.”

He noted that earlier this year, CAIR condemned the distribution of similar material in Whitefish, Montana.
