On Wednesday, February 11, the Connecticut chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-CT) will host Muslim Advocacy Day at the Capitol.
Community members, faith leaders, students, and advocates from across the state will gather to engage with elected officials and advance issues affecting Muslim communities and broader civil rights in Connecticut.

Muslim Advocacy Day is designed to strengthen civic engagement, promote dialogue between constituents and lawmakers, and highlight key policy priorities, including religious accommodation, equity in education, civil rights protections, and community inclusion. The event is open to community members and partners who wish to participate in the democratic process and amplify their voices in state policymaking.
